P2F2 partners with sponsors each year. Sponsors are selected based on the mutual fit between a firm's services and P2F2 member needs, and once firms become sponsors, they typically remain partners with us for several years. Existing sponsors are given first priority to remain sponsors at the start of each year. Should a sponsor decide not to retain their sponsorship, P2F2 has a waiting list of firms who are interested in supporting our organization. The annual sponsorship fee has been $5,000 for in-person conferences and $2,500 for virtual conferences for the past several years. Sponsors receive access to conference attendee contact information, space at a table or virtual booth, networking opportunities, recognition in the conference brochure, and the chance to introduce the firm's services and key contacts during our conference.
The P2F2 Board strives to ensure the ratio of sponsors to members remains balanced, so we limit the number of sponsors to 20 or 21 each year. That allows sponsors to have great access to, and networking opportunities with, current and potential customers.
