  • Registration is only open to P2F2 members, associate members, board approved sponsors and corporate non-sponsors. Those eligible for membership must become a member before registering. Click here to access our membership registration portal.
  • For those who are already members, we ask you to review and update your contact/system information in preparation for the conference. This way, we will have current information to share with conference attendees. Click here to make these updates.
  • The registration fee of $600.00 (early bird discount through July 31st is $100, for a total of $500) includes all sessions from Sunday afternoon through Wednesday afternoon and selected breakfasts and lunches Monday - Wednesday.
  • The Sunday evening Welcome Reception and Tuesday evening event at the Constitution Center are also included in the registration fee.
  • The pre-conference registration fee of $150.00 includes session materials and lunch on Sunday, if selected.
  • Separate registration for accommodations at the conference hotel is required.  Click here for hotel registration.
  • Cancellations on August 1st or earlier will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations after August 1st and before October 3rd are subject to a $200 late cancellation charge. Refunds will not be granted after October 2nd.  
  • Address your cancellation request to information@p2f2.org.
  • Substitutions of P2F2 members for canceling member attendees may be made through Friday, October 2, 2020 by sending an email to information@p2f2.org.
  • Guests are welcome at the Sunday evening Welcome Reception and Tuesday evening event at the Constitution Center, if registered, but not at conference sessions or lunches. Please register any guests by selecting the Guest Registration link on the P2F2 home page.
  • Guest registration also ends October 2, 2020.
  • P2F2 takes pictures of attendees during conference sessions, breakfasts, lunches and events and may use the pictures for publicity, newsletters, web content and/or future videos related to P2F2. By completing the registration process, you grant P2F2 the right to use photographs taken during the conference.  Exceptions to this policy may be requested by sending an email to information@p2f2.org.
