Generative AI and agentic AI are moving from experimentation to real operational impact across public sector and financial organizations. In this webinar, Eyal Darmon will explore how advances in generative and agent-based AI are reshaping work, decision-making, and service delivery, with a focus on practical, responsible adoption in government and quasi-government environments.
Drawing on Accenture research and real public-sector use cases, the session will walk through how agentic AI differs from traditional automation, where it is already delivering value, and how organizations can put the right governance, risk controls, and workforce enablement in place. Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of what is possible today, what risks must be managed, and how leaders can move from pilots to scaled, ethical AI deployment.
The webinar is free for members and $50 for nonmembers. Those who attend at least 50 minutes of the webinar and respond to at least 3 of the 4 polling questions will earn 1 CPE credit.
After attending the webinar, you will be able to:
- Explain the difference between generative AI and agentic AI, and why agent-based systems represent a step change from traditional automation.
- Identify high-value public sector use cases where AI agents can reduce cycle time, improve service quality, and augment human work rather than replace it.
- Describe the key risks associated with generative AI, including hallucinations, bias, confidentiality, and compliance, and how to mitigate them through governance and controls.
- Apply a practical framework for responsible AI adoption that balances innovation, oversight, and workforce readiness.
