This registration module is for P2F2 members and nonmembers who wish to attend the 2024 Annual Conference.  Please read the following prior to registering for the conference.

  • Registration is open to P2F2 members (active and inactive) and nonmember individuals who work for public pension plans, governmental agencies, nonprofit organizations and educational institutions.  All attendees, including nonmembers, must first be enrolled in our membership portal to gain login access to register for the conference and your status must be updated through 12/31/2024.  Click here for directions on how to enroll or how to renew your status through 2024.  Click here to access our membership portal.
  • Registration for the Annual Conference is $900 for P2F2 members and $1200 for nonmembers.  We offer a $100 discount off of that price if you register and pay on or before August 30, 2024.  If you are not a member and would like to join P2F2 and receive the member rate, you can do so on our membership portal prior to registering for the conference.
  • The registration fee includes all sessions from Sunday afternoon through Wednesday morning.  It also includes lunches on Monday and Tuesday, and the two networking events (the Sunday evening welcome reception at the hotel and the Tuesday evening dinner event at Dallara IndyCar Factory).
  • During the registration process you may also register for the Sunday morning pre-conference for an additional $125.  The pre-conference price includes all materials and lunch on Sunday.  You will also earn 3 CPE credits for attending the pre-conference.
  • Separate registration for guests (i.e. spouses) is required.  Guests are welcome at the Sunday evening Welcome Reception and Tuesday evening event at Dallary IndyCar Factory, but not at conference sessions or lunches.
  • Separate registration for accommodations at the conference hotel is required.  Click here for hotel registration.
  • Cancellations made on or before October 4, 2024, will not incur a cancellation fee.  Refunds will be granted in full. Refunds will not be granted for requests received after October 4, 2024.  Payments towards guest participation in networking events are not refundable after October 4, 2024.
  • Should P2F2 need to cancel the conference for any reason, full refunds will be granted.  Registrants will be notified by email of the cancellation.
  • Address your cancellation/refund request to information@p2f2.org.
  • Substitutions for canceling attendees may be made through October 4, 2024, by sending an email to information@p2f2.org.
  • P2F2 takes pictures of attendees during conference sessions, meals and events and may use the pictures for publicity, newsletters, web content and/or future videos related to P2F2.  By completing the registration process, you grant P2F2 the right to use photographs taken during the conference.  Exceptions to this policy may be requested by sending an email to information@p2f2.org.
  • P2F2 provides sponsors with the same attendee list provided to attendees.  The attendee list includes contact information for attendees.  By completing the registration process, you grant P2F2 the right to provide sponsors with that attendee list.  If you do not wish to be included on the attendee list, send an email to information@p2f2.org no later than October 4, 2024.
  • P2F2 is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.  For more information, please visit www.nasba.org.  Conference sessions will be presented in a group live format.  Every session is intended as a basic session.  There are no prerequisites, and no advance preparation is required for any of the courses.  In keeping with NASBA requirements, P2F2 tracks attendance for CPE credit.  Attendees may earn 1 CPE credit for each 50-minute session and 2 CPE credits for each 100-minute session.  Attendees can earn 22 CPE credits for attending the conference, plus an additional 3 CPE credits for attending the pre-conference.

The Public Pension Financial Forum is organized for education, pension advocacy and networking purposes.
