2025 Conference Information
The 2025 P2F2 Annual Conference will take place at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown hotel October 26-29. This will be an in-person conference. Registration will open in June. Our Tuesday evening dinner reception will be held at Corona Ranch (see below for more information).
Phoenix is the 5th most populous city in the U.S. and the most populous state capital in the country, and yet it wasn't established until 1881. It still has a southwest feel to it with large influences from the Indians and Mexicans who have called Arizona home for centuries. Downtown Phoenix has been revitalized in the past 25 years and is home to superb museums, sports arenas, parks and art studios. Phoenix is also renowned for its cuisine, and boasts some of the finest Mexican food in America. There's plenty to see and do while you're in downtown Phoenix.
Registration
Registration opens on June 23, 2025, and closes at the end of the day on Friday, October 3, 2025.
The cost to attend the 2025 annual conference is as follows:
P2F2 members who register and pay by the early bird deadline (August 30, 2025): $800
P2F2 members who register and pay after the early bird deadline: $900
Nonmembers who register and pay by the early bird deadline: $1,100
Nonmembers who register and pay after the early bird deadline: $1,200
The cost to attend our pre-conference session (9:00 - 11:45 AM on Sunday, October 26) is $125 (members/nonmembers). That fee also includes lunch on Sunday.

Hotel
The Sheraton Phoenix Downtown will host our 2025 conference. The room rate will be $249 per night (plus fees and taxes) single or double occupancy. That rate is good on or before Thursday, October 2nd, or until our room block is sold out, whichever comes first. Room cancellations will be accepted without penalty until 3:00 PM Eastern Time, 72 hours prior to arrival. Reservations may be made by clicking on this hotel reservation link.
We also have booked rooms at the Hyatt Regency, which is an outstanding 4-star hotel located just 2 blocks from the Sheraton. The cost is just $269, which is a huge discount off of their normal rates. Reservations may be made by clicking on this hotel reservation link.
Meals
The conference registration fee includes lunch on Monday and Tuesday. It also includes the welcome reception on Sunday evening (with light hors d'oeuvres) and the Tuesday evening buffet dinner and reception at Corona Ranch. Breakfast each day and dinner on Monday evening are not included in the registration fee.
Corona Ranch and Rodeo Grounds
Our Tuesday evening buffet reception will take place at Corona Ranch and Rodeo Grounds. This unique southwestern venue has hosted a Taylor Swift concert, the NBA Allstar Game Host Party, NBC Sports, the NFL Owners Convention and much, much more. Attendees will experience a fun "rodeo" show featuring our own board members! There will be games to play and wonderful food to eat, and time for great fellowship and networking as well. The cost of this event is included in your registration fee.
