2023 Conference Overflow Hotel Info

When we contracted with the Embassy Suites in 2017 we predicted what our attendance would be in 2021 and used that estimate to create the room block.  Due to COVID, we had to move the Denver conference from 2021 to 2023, and our organization has grown quite a bit since then.  As a result, we have sold out our room block on Sunday night, October 8 and Tuesday night, October 10 at the Embassy Suites.  Although there are rooms available those nights at the Embassy Suites, you will be charged $339 for Sunday night and $489 for Tuesday night.

There are several hotels within a few blocks of the Embassy Suites, and their government rates are comparable to the $229 rate we have at our hotel.  One of the biggest conferences of the year, however, is taking place at the Denver convention center (across the street from the Embassy Suites), so some hotels are sold out.  At last check, the following hotels still had rooms available.

Aloft Denver Downtown – 800 15th Street (1 block from the Embassy Suites)
(303) 623-3063

Home2 Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center – 801 15th Street (1 block from the Embassy Suites)
(303) 759-1301

Hilton Garden Inn Denver Downtown – 1400 Welton Street (2 blocks from the Embassy Suites)
(303) 603-8000

Hyatt Place Denver/Downtown – 440 14th Street (3 or 4 blocks from the Embassy Suites)
(303) 893-2900
