Sponsor Registration Form

Each sponsor has one point person who is responsible for filling out the sponsor registration form and sending it to the P2F2 administrator, who actually handles sponsor registration.  Sponsors do NOT use the online member registration link on the P2F2 website.  Each point person will receive an email with the sponsor registration form attached in June, 2026.  The form is a fillable pdf, so can be printed and filled in by hand or can be filled in electronically and returned to the P2F2 administrator per instructions on the form.

The sponsorship fee entitles each sponsor to bring two representatives to the full conference at no additional cost.  Those two attendees can attend all sessions and join us for all meals and networking events.  Sponsors who want to bring more than 2 representatives can do so, but must pay the P2F2 member rate ($800 if paid on or before August 7, 2026 and $900 if paid after August 7, 2026).

If a conference speaker is from one of our sponsoring organizations, that speaker is entitled to attend all sessions, meals and networking events that day only at no additional cost and does not need to be included as an attendee on the registration form.  If that speaker wishes to attend the full conference, however, he/she would need to be included as an attendee on the sponsor registration form.
