2023 Conference - Sponsor Info

This page contains information that may be helpful as you prepare for the 2023 conference.

Hotel
We will be staying at the Embassy Suites Denver Downtown/Convention Center hotel.  P2F2 has a block of rooms available for $229 a night (plus fees and taxes).  That rate is good until September 15th or the block sells out, whichever occurs first.  Sponsors are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.  The link to do so is:  Embassy Suites Denver Downtown – P2F2 2023

Boxes
Boxes may be delivered to the hotel up to three (3) days prior to the conference.  Boxes must be addressed to the person responsible for claiming the parcel at the hotel.  Boxes should be addressed to:

     Guest name, Firm Name, Date of Arrival
     P2F2 Conference
     c/o Embassy Suites Denver Downtown Convention Center
     1420 Stout Street
     Denver, CO  80202


Boxes should be numbered 1 of 5, 2 of 5, etc.  Deliveries of more than 5 boxes will be assessed a handling fee.


Electricity
If you will need to have access to electricity at your table, the hotel charges $50 per day.  To request access to electricity, fill out the hotel request form and send it to the hotel contact as shown on the form.

Tables
Sponsors are given a 6' skirted table.  Tables will be available to be set up beginning at 7:00 AM on Sunday, October 23rd.  Tables will be set up in the Overture Room and the foyer between the registration table and Overture.  Food and drink breaks will take place in the same space.  Tables are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.  

Check-In
When you arrive, please check in at the registration desk to receive your nametag (which allows you to access meals, networking events and sessions) and a goody bag.  The registration desk will open around 7:30 each morning.

Registration
Each sponsor has a point person who works with P2F2 to register attendees.  Registration is handled by filling out a Registration Form and sending it to the email address found on the form.


P2F2

The Public Pension Financial Forum is organized for education, pension advocacy and networking purposes. To support the ongoing education of our membership, we prepare quarterly newsletters, hold member facilitated conference calls and webinars, and host an annual conference.  We also have a Member Forum that allows members to ask questions and receive answers from each other.  To participate in P2F2, follow the member enrollment link above.
