2024 Conference - Sponsor Info

This page contains information that may be helpful as you prepare for the 2024 conference.

Hotel
We will be staying at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis hotel located at One South Capitol Avenue in downtown Indianapolis.  P2F2 has a block of rooms available for $204 a night (plus fees and taxes).  That rate is good until 3:00 PM on 9/30/24 or the block sells out, whichever occurs first.  Sponsors are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.  Reservations made be made by contacting the hotel (800-223-1234) and referring to the P2F2 conference, or by clicking on this hotel reservation  link.  Please note the link only allows you to reserve a room between Friday, October 25 and Friday, November 1.  If you would like to reserve a room outside those dates, please call the hotel.  If the hotel is sold out, we have alternative hotel suggestions at p2f2.org/announcements.

Boxes
Boxes may be delivered to the hotel up to three (3) days prior to the conference.  Boxes must be addressed to the person responsible for claiming the parcel at the hotel.  Boxes should be addressed to:

Boxes should be numbered 1 of 5, 2 of 5, etc.  Deliveries will be assessed a handling fee.  The handling fee is as follows:

  • Packages, incoming and outgoing (up to 50 pounds):  $5 / box
  • Packages, incoming and outgoing (> 50 pounds):  $10 / box
  • Envelopes, incoming and outgoing:  $3 / envelope
Electricity and AV

Tables
Sponsors are given a 6' skirted table.  Tables are assigned and will be available to be set up beginning at 7:30 AM on Sunday, October 27th.  Tables will be set up in the Cosmopolitan Ballroom Foyer on the 3rd floor of the hotel.  Food and drink breaks will take place in the same space. 

Check-In
When you arrive, please check in at the registration desk to receive your nametag (which allows you to access meals, networking events and sessions) and a goody bag.  The registration desk will open around 7:30 each morning.

Registration
Each sponsor has a point person who works with P2F2 to register attendees.  Registration is handled by filling out a Registration Form and sending it to the email address found on the form.


P2F2

The Public Pension Financial Forum is organized for education, pension advocacy and networking purposes. To support the ongoing education of our membership, we prepare quarterly newsletters, hold member facilitated conference calls and webinars, and host an annual conference.  We also have a Member Forum that allows members to ask questions and receive answers from each other.  To participate in P2F2, follow the member enrollment link above.
