Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans

Are there any fund DR & BC Plans that include a co-location or alternate site for fail over purposes? Most plans back up data to an offsite location but I am trying to deetermine if some go as far as to have a secondary site.

We have a warm back-up site that duplicates our data in real-time in the event of a disaster where our building would not be functional. We purchase space at this site from a vendor who currently works with our systems on a regular basis. We also have an option to bring in portable offices (trailers) to work in as necessary.
