History

P2F2 - Public Pension Financial Forum

P2F2 started with an organizing group in the Fall of 2003 and held its first conference (one-day) in 2004 in Columbus, Ohio with 80 in attendance. Since that time P2F2 has held successful conferences each year, established a member's forum and an e-mail system, and started an electonic newsletter.

2009
The 6^th Annual Conference was held on October 18-21 at the Embassy Suites-Riverfront Promenade Hotel in Sacramento, California. Sessions were offered in four categories discussing the timely theme: “Threats to Public Pension Plans.”

The 5^th Annual Conference was held on October 19-22 in Mobile, Alabama in the Battle House Hotel with over 200 participants.

The 4^th Annual Conference was held on October 14-17 in Seattle, Washington at the Crown Plaza Hotel Seattle with over 150 attendees.

The 3^rd Annual Cconference was held on October 8-11 in Savannah, Georgia at the Hyatt Regency Savannah Hotel with over 125 attendees.
